About Us
Oto İdeal is a technology store selling the diagnostic and programming equipment that automotive workshops and auto electricians use every day: diagnostic tools, ECU programming and chip tuning tools, key programming, TPMS, electric vehicle chargers and the software behind them. Every device we sell is genuine, invoiced and under warranty; we do the setup and first-use training by remote connection.
What we sell
More than a hundred products, all around the same job: finding a vehicle's fault and repairing it. On the diagnostic tools side, multi-brand tools from Autel, Launch, Thinkcar, Topdon, Otofix and Ancel alongside make-specific interfaces such as BMW ICOM, Mercedes SD Connect, Renault Clip and VAS 5054A; on the ECU programming side, Alientech, AutoTuner, MagicMotorsport, OBDSTAR and CGDI; key programming, TPMS and electric vehicle chargers. Prices are shown on every page and follow the exchange rate.
How we work
Most of these tools do not work straight out of the box: registration, activation, software installation, interface pairing and language setup are needed. After delivery we connect remotely, do the setup together and stay with you while you scan your first vehicle. Support continues afterwards; if you get stuck in the middle of a job, write to us and we will look at it together.
Before you buy, we tell you whether the tool fits your work. Send the makes and years you work on and what you want to do — diagnostics only, coding, or programming — and we will say plainly which model is enough and which one you do not need. We do not sell a programming tool to a workshop that does not need coding.
What we promise
- Genuine products. We do not sell clones. The serial number is registered in the maker's system and the tool takes its first update during setup.
- Invoice and warranty. Every sale is invoiced; the warranty runs on the maker's terms, handled through us.
- Honest coverage information. What a tool cannot do is written on its page: which operations need online authorisation, which model years are out of scope, which equivalent product is not the original.
- Measured information. The guides and make-specific fault articles on the blog come from real questions workshops ask; the fault code lookup tool is open to everyone.
Who we serve
Independent workshops and auto electricians, brand service centres, heavy vehicle and machinery workshops, locksmiths, tyre shops, electric vehicle workshops, fleet maintenance teams and drivers who look after their own cars. We ship across Turkey and abroad on request; because setup is remote, location does not matter.
