Thinkcar Diagnostic Device

ThinkCar was founded in 2016 by engineers who left Launch's founding team, and builds diagnostic tools. The Thinktool range is known for being modular: an oscilloscope, endoscope, thermal camera and printer can be added to the base tablet later. Oto İdeal carries three Thinktool models.

Thinktool models

Thinktool Master is the professional workshop model, with full system scanning, coding, adaptation and module expansion. Thinktool Lite 2 is a more compact, more affordable model for everyday fault finding and basic service resets. Thinktool CE EVD is built for electric vehicles: high voltage pack analysis, cell balance and state of health (SOH) measurement.

Software and support

Thinktool devices ship with a fixed update period; when it ends the tool keeps working but stops gaining support for newer vehicles.
