Topdon Diagnostic Tools
Topdon is a China-based maker of diagnostic tools and workshop equipment; with the ONE series introduced in 2026 it put two serious models into the professional class. This page lists both with current prices: TOPDON ONE for diagnostics and coding, and ONE Plus, which adds ECU programming. Both are genuine, invoiced and under warranty; we do the setup and first-use training by remote connection.
Topdon diagnostic tool prices
TOPDON ONE 78.900 TL, TOPDON ONE Plus 122.520 TL. The difference in one sentence: ONE Plus programs ECUs itself — engine, airbag, ABS and transmission units on BMW and the Volkswagen group without third-party software — and its box also contains a TopScan Master and a BTMobile ProS battery tester. The diagnostic side is shared. Prices include VAT and come from the same source as the product pages.
Three things that set Topdon apart
Wi-Fi VCI
The link between the tablet and the VCI plugged into the car is almost always Bluetooth. Topdon moved it to Wi-Fi: by the maker's own measurement up to 150 Mbps of data transfer (3 Mbps over Bluetooth) and 33–48 ECU frames per second (10–13 over Bluetooth). The difference shows on a live-data screen with 12 parameters at once and in long programming jobs that must not drop the connection. Dual Wi-Fi modules mean one talks to the VCI and the other to the internet without slowing each other.
OE topology map
A diagram of how the car's control units connect, on one screen: which unit is on which bus, which one is not answering, at which node the fault sits. It answers the question that wastes the most time in communication faults — "which line is broken?" — in minutes. Most rivals in this class either have no topology map or keep it for the top model.
CAN FD, DoIP, SGW and J2534 together
Four abbreviations decide whether a tool is still usable in five years. CAN FD and DoIP are the diagnostic lines of BMW, Mercedes and Volvo after 2018 and of the VW group and Ford after 2020; SGW (secure gateway) is the authorisation that unlocks writing on new FCA, Renault and Nissan models; J2534 is the ability to run the maker's own software (ISTA, ODIS) through this VCI. The ONE series has all four, and the VCI in the ONE Plus box works as a J2534 pass-thru interface.

Rows come from the maker's data on the product pages. Coding changes a unit's parameters; programming loads new software into it — needed for a blank replacement unit, a maker's software update or corrupted software. A workshop replacing a unit every week wants ONE Plus; one that lives on diagnostics, coding and service functions is well served by ONE.
More than 50 service functions
Alongside the usual oil reset, EPB, SAS, DPF regeneration, injector coding, battery registration, throttle learning, ABS bleeding, TPMS, AdBlue, headlight and suspension calibration, two functions rarely seen at this price: cylinder power balance (for engine vibration and rough idle complaints) and A/C learning. Dynamic ADAS calibration, EGR adaptation, gearbox matching and AFS reset are on the list; the full list is on each product page.
What happens when the subscription ends?
Topdon publishes this openly and we repeat it as plainly: diagnostics, code reading and clearing, live data and most service functions keep working after the subscription ends; new vehicle coverage, software updates and online functions depend on the subscription. One more maker's rule: the hardware warranty continues as long as the subscription is active. The full list of lifetime and subscription-bound functions is on the ONE Plus page.
Topdon, Autel or Launch?
Against ONE, in the same price band, stands Autel MS906 MAX: Autel gives a wireless Bluetooth VCI and ADAS identification, Topdon a Wi-Fi VCI, topology map and SGW access. Against ONE Plus stand Launch X431 Pro5 (online programming for BMW and Mercedes, J2534) and Autel MS909S2; Topdon's difference is programming BMW and VAG with its own software and a battery tester in the box. All rivals side by side in the car diagnostic tools category.
Setup and support
When the tool arrives we connect remotely, open the account, register it, download the update and scan your first car with you. The tools are genuine, invoiced and under warranty. Tell us which vehicle group you work on and we will check before ordering how deep coding and SGW coverage goes in that group.
Frequently asked questions
Are Topdon tools in Turkish?
Yes; the Turkish menu is selected during setup and can be changed later. English and other languages are available too.
Does the Wi-Fi VCI need internet?
No. The VCI and tablet talk to each other over their own Wi-Fi; internet is only needed for updates and online functions. Dual Wi-Fi modules run both at the same time.
Which cars does ONE Plus program?
Engine (ECM), airbag (SRS), ABS and transmission (TCM) units on BMW and the Volkswagen group with its own software; for other makes you use the maker's own software over J2534 pass-thru, with that software's subscription bought from the maker separately.
