Maxisys is the professional workshop range. The Maxisys Ultra and Ultra S2 are the flagships, with a VCMI module carrying an integrated oscilloscope, ADAS calibration and online ECU programming. The MS919 and MS909 run the same software on smaller hardware.
The MaxiDAS and MaxiCheck ranges cover everyday servicing: full system scanning, oil reset, DPF regeneration, EPB retraction and battery registration.
Three questions decide it: which vehicle makes you work on, whether you need ECU programming, and whether you will calibrate ADAS. For fault codes and basic service functions the MX808S is enough. A multi-brand workshop that codes and adapts wants the MS909 or MS919. If you need ADAS calibration, oscilloscope measurement and topology mapping, look at the Ultra family.
Autel tools ship with a fixed period of free updates. When it ends the tool keeps working; only support for newer vehicles and new functions stops being added. Each product page states its own update period. Remote technical support is provided for installation and first use.
